Daniel L. Johns primarily practices in the area of litigation with particular experience in products liability defense, professional liability defense including physician, attorneys and insurance producers, motor vehicle accident litigation for both plaintiff and defendant and construction related accidents and FELA claims. He also has considerable experience in providing client advice and litigation management to both carriers and insureds concerning insurance policy construction/coverage issues for a wide variety of coverages. He has worked extensively over a number of years in the various loss control aspects of medical practice including drafting consent forms, establishing policies for medical records format, content and retention, claims management and maintenance of insurance coverages.
